The Creator and Guide of the THOUGHT FREEDOM™ m Framework

Accredited through training, shaped by lived experience, and grounded in a lifelong exploration of how thought influences our experience of life.

About Me

THOUGHT FREEDOM™ was not created through theory alone. Long before formal accreditation, I had spent years supporting others while engaged in a lifelong search to better understand our relationship with difficulty and how we might meet life in a healthier way.

Growing up with a mother who experienced significant emotional and mental health challenges shaped my perspective early. At a time when mental health was far less understood than it is today, I learnt to become the steady presence that helped create calm. It taught me to look beyond reaction, to seek understanding rather than judgement, and to recognise the importance of forgiveness in creating a steadier life.

I left home at an early age and built my life independently. Learning to navigate life alone deepened my understanding of resilience, uncertainty, and the importance of developing a steadier relationship with life's challenges.

These early experiences led me to explore the relationship between thought, emotion, and human experience through psychology, nervous system awareness, reflective practice, and later professional training.

It became increasingly clear that we are never taught the powerful influence our thinking has on how we feel, respond, and experience life. Instead, we are taught to simply push through difficulty, as though this is just how life is meant to be.

This is what led me to create THOUGHT FREEDOM™, a framework grounded in the belief that while we cannot always control what life brings, we can develop a steadier way of meeting it.

Because I genuinely believe this is something we are all capable of.
